Founding partners, 30 venues maximum

Prices go up, guests get more critical.
Everything has to be right.

Guests do not complain about a dirty restroom. They simply do not come back.

Toilify puts your guests in control. See when action is needed during a shift. Avoid needless irritation and lost revenue. No app, no QR code, no hassle for your guests.

€59 per month for two restrooms, excluding VAT. Three months to try, no strings.

What we learned in practice (18 February to early April 2026)

3 to 5x
a day a guest presses “dirty” or “empty”

That is well over 100 reports a month you would otherwise never have had. You fix it before it grows into something bigger. Close to 2 out of 3 presses were guests saying everything was fine.

65%
of the reports were about cleaning

The rest were about restocking supplies. That puts the two biggest restroom irritations away from home under control.

What guests say themselves *

56%
do not return after a dirty restroom

44% start to doubt the hygiene of your kitchen. 9 out of 10 guests consider restroom hygiene important to the restaurant experience.

86%
trusted the place more because of the button

Of the guests who saw the button on the wall. It is not the clean restroom that leaves an impression, it is knowing that something happens with your signal.

* Our own guest panel, 41 respondents; 37 guests saw the button on the wall. That the problem is wider than our own venues is confirmed elsewhere. In the Tork Insight Survey 2025 (11,500 visitors across eleven countries, the Netherlands among them) only 1 in 5 public restrooms meets what visitors expect of it. And in the Dutch Nationaal Toiletonderzoek 2023 only 39% of restrooms in hospitality venues were rated good, 36% average and 25% poor.

What we often hear

“My cleaner comes in every day anyway.”

What does your restroom at home look like with 100 people over for a party?

You never know who makes a mess of it. But it helps to know when it needs a quick once-over.

23% of visitors deliberately eat or drink less to avoid using a public restroom.

Tork Insight Survey 2025

Three reasons venues put Toilify on the wall.

1

Know right away what is going on

A guest sees a problem and presses the button. You know within seconds, not when a guest finally complains about it.

2

Your guests are heard

One press, anonymous and without an app. Guests barely ever say anything out loud, but they will press a button.

3

Avoid needless walking

Fixed check rounds cost time and only show you one moment. Keep an eye on your restrooms in real time, while giving your guests more attention.

Work out what that means for your venue (calculator in Dutch)

The dashboard from the pilot
Two charts from the Toilify dashboard: the number of reports per day across 47 days at six venues, and their spread across the hours of the day with a peak between 5 and 7 pm

Drag sideways to see the whole chart.

Over a longer stretch you start to see patterns: which days and which hours need more attention. Six venues, 47 days. Above, the number of reports per day; below, the hour at which guests press. The peak falls between five and seven, exactly the moment a check round is the first thing to be skipped. This is the version that ran during the pilot; the names of the venues have been replaced. Labels in the screenshot are in Dutch.

The three choices on the button in close-up: needs cleaning, needs refill and all good
A guest presses All good with a finger; a green light in the top right confirms it

One button, three functions. You need nothing more.

Mount the button by the sinks in your restroom. Guests see it, press it and carry on.

The icon for dirty on the button It is dirtyA dirty restroom, overflowing bins, wet paper towels: not a matter of opinion, but what your guest actually walked into.
The icon for soap or paper running out, on the button Something is emptyToilet paper or hand towels about to run out, an empty soap dispenser. Topping it up takes a moment and saves your guest a pointless annoyance.
The thumbs-up icon on the button All goodHear it when things are fine too, so nobody has to break their routine in the middle of a rush.

The buttons in the photos are in English. A Dutch version is available on request.

Open the box, button on the wall, plug it in.

Your time is scarce and your guests need attention. So we make installation as easy as we can.

In the box

Everything you need, nothing more
Two Toilify buttons, green speech bubbles asking How was this restroom with three choices
2 buttons

One per restroom, for instance ladies and gents. Mounting included.

The Toilify hub, a green desktop unit with a screen showing open reports
1 hub with screen

Sits at the bar. Shows what is open and connects the buttons to your dashboard.

The front of the button slides over the black wall plate, with two small screws locking it in place
The front clicks over the wall plate and is locked with two small screws. After that it does not come off by itself.
1
Open the box

The buttons, the hub and the mounting are in there, ready to go.

2
Mount the buttons

By the sinks, at eye level, where your guest cannot miss them.

3
Plug in the hub

Put the hub in a socket near the bar. The connection comes up by itself. No fiddling with wifi.

What is open shows straight away on the hub screen. For more insight you scan the QR code and open your own dashboard. That runs in real time, and you can have an overview mailed to you at the moments you choose: every Monday morning, or only on the first of the month.

  3. A few short questions from us now and then.
  4. Encourage your staff to give feedback too.

Frequently asked questions

How many buttons do I need?

One per restroom, and a restroom is simply the place where your guests wash their hands. A venue with separate ladies' and gents' restrooms has two, with an accessible restroom on top of that, three. If there is one shared area with sinks for both, one button is enough. If you do want to see separately whether it is the ladies' or the gents', you mount two and that area counts as two.

What if I have more or fewer than two?

Every restroom above two costs €20 per month. Three restrooms therefore comes to €79. If you have only one, you still pay €59; that is the entry price and it covers up to two. All amounts exclude VAT.

What if it does not work for my venue?

You have three months to find out whether Toilify works for you. If it does not, you stop at no cost and we come and collect the buttons. If you had paid yearly, you get the unused months back.

What if a button breaks?

We fix a fault free of charge, as a rule within three working days. If a button is vandalised or disappears, we replace it free of charge up to 24 months from the start, within fair use.

What if I want to stop?

During the trial period you stop at no cost. After that the contract runs through the 12th month. From the 13th month it can be cancelled monthly. If you close the business, one month's notice applies.

Do my guests have to install anything?

No. No app, no QR code, no login, no camera. Your guest presses the button and walks on. The hub screen and your own dashboard are for you and your team.

Thirty places. After that the group closes.

Tell us what kind of venue you have and how many restrooms are in it. Then we will look together at whether it fits, without a sales pitch.
